My name is Anna but my friends call me Annamo
I was ordained in 2024 to officiate a friend’s vow renewal and to baptize one of those same friends. After that, my credentials sat on the shelf for a while — until recent experiences in my personal life made it clear just how deeply inclusion is needed, especially for those raised in faith spaces where living your truth came with shame instead of support.
That realization led me here.
My pronouns are she/her, and I’m married to my amazing wife, Tyra. We share our lives with three dogs and a cat who truly are our world. When we’re not at home, you’ll usually find us traveling — especially exploring the beauty of North Georgia.
I’m a little whacky, very passionate, deeply joyful, and fully invested in creating ceremonies that feel authentic, affirming, and unforgettable. Let’s build one of the most meaningful days of your life — together.

I met Tyra in 2019—exactly two months to the day after I drove away from my home in Alaska. We connected on September 17, 2019, on Plenty of Fish. I honestly probably shouldn’t have been looking, but I thought, what the heck?
Then I saw this cute girl with pigtails, in her pajamas, singing karaoke at a bar. I remember thinking, How fun is she? Somehow, she thought the same (and swiped right—I think).
I did everything I could to push her away. I was completely open and honest about my life—the baggage, the dreams, the failures, the whole messy story. And somehow… she still wanted me. HEHE.
Our engagement was just as unconventional. I didn’t really ask—I kind of just said it and handed her a ring I had bought at Walgreens. Yep, a silicone ring. You can imagine her surprise. She still said yes.
Fast forward to 2020, and we got married in our backyard with a full-on camping theme (because I’m a total camping freak). Friends came from all over the country, pitched tents, and celebrated with us under the stars. It was perfect in every way.
